JCAA is pleased to support "The Benefits of Civil Law Traditions as the Contract Governing Law," an event taking place during Paris Arbitration Week 2025. Organized by Delos Dispute Resolution, CMS, and Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (CBAr), this event will provide a platform for arbitration professionals to discuss the role of Civil Law traditions in contract governance and their impact on international arbitration.
